Screens all resumes and connects with potential candidates in a timely manner. Guides management in the full-cycle recruitment process and guidelines ATS application, interview guidelines, internal transfer process, applicant status and new hire orientation. Develops, maintains and demonstrates the ability to develop trusting relationships with management and is able to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining those relationships at all levels of the property.
Must be flexible in order to float in support of all general HR activities. Performs duties as an HR Representative with the skills and knowledge to assist in all aspects of HR as directed with a primary focus on hiring and recruiting.
